Troubleshooting

If you are unable to progress to the next module after completing the video above, it may be because one of the videos in this module has not been played in full. Please look at the menu on the left hand side of the screen. Check that each video title in this module has a tick beside it. If any of the video titles do not have a tick, this shows that the video did not play to the end. As a result, the system will not allow you to progress to the next module. To resolve this, simply click on the video title, play the video again and be sure it reaches the very end. When this is done, return to the final video and you will be able to navigate to the next module.
